Tailored to you - the goal isn’t just to train hard, it’s to train with purpose, so you leave every session feeling stronger, more confident, and moving better than when you walked in.

My approach to training is built around one simple idea. Training your body to move better, feel stronger, and perform in everyday life.

Rather than focusing on isolated exercises or purely aesthetics, I use functional training, which means movements that reflect how your body is designed to move. Pushing, pulling, squatting, hinging, rotating, and carrying.

This style of training helps you:

  • Build real, usable strength

  • Improve mobility and joint health

  • Increase energy and overall fitness

  • Reduce risk of injury

  • Feel more capable in day-to-day life

Sessions are varied and engaging, using a mix of:

  • Bodyweight exercises

  • Dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance equipment

  • Circuits and conditioning work

  • Outdoor and small group training

Everything is adapted to your level - whether you’re just getting started, returning after time away, or looking to push your fitness further.

3 Month Packages:
• 1x/week – £50 per session (14 sessions £700*)
• 2x/week – £47.50 per session (28 sessions £1,330*)

6 Month Packages:
• 1x/week – £47.50 per session (26 sessions £1,235*)
• 2x/week – £45 per session (52 sessions £2,340*)

Founding Offer - Limited Time Period: Initial Packages will also receive a complimentary workout plan for between 1:1 sessions, together with weekly check-in’s to support your personal goals (in future this will be a paid for add on)

About Me

I trained for many years just for myself before I went on to hire my own coaches - and that’s when I started seeing real results. Not just from having a programme, but from the feedback, accountability, and direction that came with it.

Although fitness has always been a passion of mine, the impact it had on my mental health, and my own goal of longevity, especially as I moved into my late 40s, shifted everything. It became not just a physical pursuit, but a way of living and feeling better in myself.

That’s what led me to become a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, and an ongoing student of all things wellbeing.
