6 Month Packages:
• 1x/week – £47.50 per session

About Me

I trained for many years just for myself before I went on to hire my own coaches - and that’s when I started seeing real results. Not just from having a programme, but from the feedback, accountability, and direction that came with it.

Although fitness has always been a passion of mine, the impact it had on my mental health, and my own goal of longevity, especially as I moved into my late 40s, shifted everything. It became not just a physical pursuit, but a way of living and feeling better in myself.

That’s what led me to become a qualified personal trainer, and an ongoing student of all things wellbeing.
